Free Printable Valentine’s Day Candy Grams

Valentine’s Day is so close, it’s within our reach. If you haven’t started thinking about Valentine’s Day…now is a good time. I must say, it’s been on my mind for weeks. I have a little project at the kiddo’s school that’s had me thinking for a while now. I’ve done this sorta thing before but wanted a whole new design this year. At this point, you may be wondering, what is she talking about. It’s Candy Grams!

At the kiddo’s school(being a member of PTO), we use up our leftover Fall fundraising candy bars and sell Valentine’s Day Candy Grams. I decided this year I would make a new printable candy gram for PTO. While I was at it, I might as well make one anyone can use. I’ve got everyone covered right here in one post. Check it out…

First, I will share the printable for PTO/PTA.

At my kiddo’s school, there is a policy that prohibits parents or anyone else from sending Valentine gifts to the school. I completely agree with this policy and could totally imagine the disruption this could cause in my child’s learning. Can you imagine 500 students receiving flowers, balloons, and candy on Valentine’s Day? What a nightmare!!!

While this is a policy…it gives PTO/PTA an opportunity.

With approval through your school, you can send candy grams! At my kiddo’s school we do a huge fundraising event during the fall. We sell a ton of candy bars. No matter what, we always have boxes of leftover candy. What better way to get rid of the candy and make a little money to help our schools than a Valentine’s Day Candy Gram.

I have made a totally customizable free printable for the PTO/PTA fundraiser. I left all of the pertinent info blank so you can write it in. I also gave 3 options. One is copier friendly (to send out in bulk) and the colors work great to post on your PTO Facebook Page or daily email. Just instruct the parents to print and send in with your kiddos to be filled.

As you can see all of the above versions list the teacher and grade. This is very beneficial in sorting and passing out to the correct classes.

It’s time for the all purpose Candy Grams! These work great for anyone wanting to send someone a candy gram on Valentine’s Day!

Thank you Jamie! We always have leftover candy bars from our Fall Fundraiser…they are already paid for so we might as well try and make some money on them. Basically, it comes down to only the cost of the paper and volunteer hours for us. This is a great almost all profit for our school. Last time we did this we made almost $1000.00!
