Hi friends! My name is Lacie!
I’m a real mom with a crazy busy life. I love my family, friends, cooking and all things DIY! I’m always cooking up some new dish or a new project.
My friends and family were always asking me for a recipe or wanting help redoing a piece of furniture. Sometimes it was a sewing crisis. That’s what prompted me to start my very own blog. If my family and friends are asking for my recipes or how I make something then these ideas might just benefit you too.
My blog has now grown into something much more. It’s about all the endless possibilities in my head and how I can make those possibilities a reality. In the process, maybe I can help make your life just a little bit easier too.
So, if you are looking for ALL THINGS EASY, you’ve come to the right place. Thank you for stopping by Easy Peasy Pleasy!

Hello Lacie i want to make the broccoli/ cauliflower salad do you cook the brocc/ cauliflower first thank you
Hi Bernice! No you don’t cook the veggies. It’s a raw salad. It’s got a great crunch. I always chop everything small. Hope that helps!
I’ve never subscribed to anyone’s blog before, but I love your buffalo chicken taquitos! I use chicken breast in the crockpot first. My family keeps asking me to make it again and again. (Making a double recipe tonight 👍). Thank you for the recipe. Looking forward to more of your recipes. 🙂
Hi Jessica! That’s so great to hear! I’m glad you have figured out a way to make the recipe your own. I’m always hoping that the recipes are easy enough to make and be adapted to fit your lifestyle and needs. Thanks so much for the great comment! I have some great new recipes coming soon. They are already photographed and will hit your inbox over the upcoming weeks.
