Tips to make your Chipotle Lime Shrimp Bowls Process Easy Peasy Pleasy….

  • Use leftover rice. If you are cooking rice earlier in the week, make up enough for that day and enough to accommodate this Chipotle Shrimp Lime Bowl later in the week.
  • No leftover rice, no problem. Cook the rice while you let the shrimp marinate.
  • Don’t be intimidated by the ingredient list. Over half of the ingredients are for the marinade and you probably already have most in your pantry.
  • Salt and Pepper are your friend. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to your tomatoes to bring out their flavor.
  • Avocados need lime and salt. Avocados naturally turn brown after they have been cut. Squirt them with lime juice to maintain their color. Also give them a good sprinkle of salt…they need it.
