Game day is almost here! Just a few days away. Every where I turn someone is discussing what food is on the menu for Super Bowl Sunday. I bet my mom and I spent an hour on the phone this morning just discussing what all foods we will be making for the big day. One thing on my list is this easy Cheesy Chicken Chipotle Dip!

Panini Salad Bar…Party Food Made Easy!
Entertaining should be fun and not a hassle, right? I agree! My favorite part of entertaining is the food. Sometimes, I may stress myself just a bit over the menu. Ok, who am I kidding, I may stress myself a lot. The cooking prep work isn’t what gets me stressed. (I like to make that part as easy possible.) It’s usually coming up with what to cook next. I hate when I get in a food rut. That’s where my idea of a Panini Salad Bar was born. Easy prep and delicious food equals more fun with my friends!

Use Up Holiday Leftovers With These Ham And Turkey Cheddar Melt Rolls
Hi All!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I am about to begin the process of changing my blog from one platform to another. I’m nervous about the change so let’s keep our fingers crossed that the switch over goes smoothly. I’ve got my email list all ready to go to make sure I don’t lose a single follower. If you don’t hear from Easy Peasy Pleasy after a week, please let me know. But, before I start this en-devour I want to share a quick and easy recipe. This is the perfect way to use up those holiday leftovers!
After Thanksgiving and Christmas we always have a ton of leftovers…intentionally. One of my favorite ways to use up those leftovers is with these super easy and delicious Ham and Cheddar Melt Rolls.
Granny’s Cornbread Dressing
This story starts with my granny. The woman meant the world to me in more ways than one. In this particular case her Cornbread Dressing reigns supreme. This dressing is the one food that stood out to me, right behind the fried sweet potatoes, in all my childhood years during the holidays.
Chicken Chipotle Corn Chowder
So, I’ve been a bit under the weather lately. My wonderful mother and friends have offered to bring me soup, but I declined. No way would I expose anyone to this awful crud! The one bright spot…I started craving Chicken Chipotle Corn Chowder. I must say…I haven’t always been the biggest soup fan. In the past, soup would be at the bottom on my list of things to eat. That is, until my sister in law introduced me to this recipe years ago. I officially became a soup defector right then and there! I love love love this soup and have been making it ever since! It has definitely made me feel better this week! Thank you Brandy!
Four Cheese Alfredo Stuffed Shells
I am a very busy momma right now! With school starting, pee-wee football, and PTO….I need some super easy dishes to get on the table in no time. This dish is one of my all time favorites! The alfredo sauce is super simple and taste fabulous over these four cheese stuffed shells. There is some prep work involved but the best part…this recipe is a perfect addition to your freezer meals! Who couldn’t take a little help from a homemade meal straight from your own freezer?
Rotisserie Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches
Most of you know that I have been spending a ton of time helping my mom with her new house. During this process she has been feeding me on the regular. I told mom, that I was gonna have to go home just to cook or I’m not gonna have anything to post on my blog AND my boys are going to starve…hehe! Well, instead of skipping out on my daughterly duties, I decided I would gather up some food to take and make for my mom. You know…kill 3 birds with one stone. Help my mom, make some food (cause we gotta eat), take pictures and write up a blog post!
Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
Hey y’all! Have I got a recipe you will love. These Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas will have your family and friends begging for more! Y’all this dish is perfect as a freezer meal to help tame those busy weeknights. It’s perfect to make ahead and bake for a potluck. It’s even more perfect because a rotisserie chicken works great and takes the time and extra cooking out of the meal.
