Cheese Steak Quesadillas Are A Crowd Pleaser

These Cheese Steak Quesadillas are a sure fire crowd pleaser. Quesadillas are in regular rotation at my house. I must say they are one of my favorite things to eat and cook. You just can’t get much easier than meat, veggies, and melted cheese in a flour tortilla.

Sometimes I want something a little different from the normal Tex-Mex quesadilla. By changing up the filling, I can rotate quesadillas in and out even more. If you love steak or cheese steak sandwiches you will love this recipe!

I’m on my ever present venture to try and eat lean. When I make a lean meal that I love, it ends up in my regular dinner rotation. We all know that a regular dinner rotation can become a bit stale.  When that happens, I like to reinvent those meals that I love so much to add a little variety. What’s the saying…variety is the spice of life!

One of my besties (Shayla) makes the best baked Jalapeno Poppers! They are loaded with yummy goodness and wrapped in bacon…what’s not to love! I’ve made them with her and made them on my own. Don’t let that leftover grilled chicken go to waste…make BBQ Chicken Pizza!

We are pizza lovers in my household! Whether it’s take out, our favorite pizza stop, or homemade, we will eat it! I make all kinds of pizzas from really easy semi homemade to fairly easy from scratch. One of my favorite types of pizza to make is the kind that uses up the leftovers. As you know, I’m all about making my life a little easier. I figure, if I’m cooking up one meal, I might as well cook up a little extra to make it double duty. I just love being able to take something made earlier in the week and transforming it with ease (cause it’s already cooked) for a meal later in the week. Continue reading
