Christmas time = pie time!
It’s just not the holidays unless you are eating pie. My all time favorite pie is Pecan Pie and my all time favorite dessert is Cheesecake. This pie is the best of both worlds. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong when combining these 2 yummy desserts into one.

This story starts with my granny. The woman meant the world to me in more ways than one. In this particular case her Cornbread Dressing reigns supreme. This dressing is the one food that stood out to me, right behind the fried sweet potatoes, in all my childhood years during the holidays.

Do you remember that Monster Munch recipe I posted last week? Well, I made so much that it had to be shared. I could just throw it in a ziploc bag and share it with my friends and neighbors.
